Description Export Specialist
- Export managers serve as intermediaries between foreign buyers and domestic sellers. Unlike export traders, who buy the products before selling directly to foreign buyers, export managers find buyers internationally for domestic product manufacturers.
- This role will be responsible for establishing and developing a business plan for export, which will establish and create sustainable growth in chosen global markets
Key Activities:
- Analyse and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan (within 3 months) to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the olives,Sun dried tomato and Peppers
-Develop and drive export sales activity by considering the sales offer and
evaluating potential in international markets
(mainly Middle East, South Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe,USA ,Italy ,Spain and South America)
-Ensure adherence to country specific importation legislation
-Develop strong relationships within supply chain to explore existing
supplier and distributor base and possible commercial sales relationships
-Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements
-Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets by
Working with Group Marketing to develop appropriate marketing materials for an international audience
- Providing global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the GMT
- Work with the Supply Chain and Operations team to deliver the most effective distribution channel from supplier to customer with potential to increase resource as the export business grow
- Trade Shows Preparations and Follow up
- Follow up on pricing of different packaging
- Customer Complaints
