Description - Process HR transactions in Workday
 - Log all new hires on the data base dedicated for that purpose
 - Initiating and monitoring new hire background checks - monitor, track and send email when complete, escalate issues as they arise, gather info from candidate if needed
 - Send welcome emails with instructions for first day
 - Update candidate records, job postings in and confirm new hires for orientation
 - Save signed offer letters and documents to HRIS employee file and physical personnel files
 - Track all employee referrals - filling in the referral spreadsheet based off the information that goes out on the new hire
 - Support HR and HRIS needs for Validation and Data Integrity
 - Conduct compensation market research as necessary
 - HR metrics reporting
 - Work with Finance to ensure Organizational Alignment with Cost Centers 
 - Process HR transactions 
 - Handle all activities related to faculty staff on-boarding, including creation of IT tickets, IDs, seating
 - Create job postings, and ensure job postings are posted with accuracy
 - Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed
 - Ensure all open positions have updated job descriptions and postings
 - Update the organizational structure
 Ensure the implementation of HR Policies, Procedures and Processes Implementation

Qualifications Bachelors degree. Minimum 3 years experience in HR Function (Preferably in academic institution). Recruitment, performance & payroll experience. HR Diploma holder is must. Preferably Senior specialist in Human Resources. Strong analytical and well organized. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Good Knowledge on Egyptian Employment law and regulation. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
