Description Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding; present content strategy and annual plan. Work closely with clients to identify needs including content approval workflows and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.
 Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
 Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
 Work closely with Associate Account Managers and Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA
 Work closely with Analytics and Ad Operations to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed

Qualifications Bachelors degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration Five years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consulting Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities Positive, service-oriented personality Willingness to travel.
