Description An experienced system implementation/operation project manager to work on the startup and operation of different integrated document management, exchange and archiving solutions.
The role requires complete and dedicated involvement in different documents structure/processes planning, analysis, design, development, support, follow-up and governance.
The position cooperates directly and continuously with different multidisciplinary internal and external system(s) users (engineering, IT, administrative) to guarantee smooth and standard document management.
The Document Management Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Analyze different types of existing and emerging documents.
- Design efficient and effective classification structures and coding schemes for the organization�s documents.
- Establish standard procedures and guidelines for document management activities.
- Continuously monitor and incorporate newly emerging user requirements in a standard consistent manner.
- Provide needed orientation and guidance for internal and external system users.
- Work continuously on streamlining communication cycles.
- Monitor system usage activities and interfere immediately in cases of the need for adjustment.
- Consciously monitor usage patterns and introduce alternative more streamlined approaches when appropriate.
- Enforces system usage policies and guidelines.
- Administrate user accounts and privileges.
- Ensure proper, smooth, prompt, effective and accurate data retrieval operations by authorized system users
- Communicate directly with solution provides to follow system maintenance operations and future upgrade processes
- Ensures system availability and get involved in all related operations.
- Participate in information architecture design and implementation for different aspects of information processes.
Qualifications - Deeply rooted background in the fields of information system and business analysis. - 2 to 4 years of experience in IT solution design, implementation, operation and integration. - Concrete knowledge of database principals and operations - Practical experience in software development
