Description Troubleshooting user problems, software, hardware & mobile. Handling user network problems. Tracking and maintaining IT assets on service desk. Troubleshooting, fixing and testing physical networks elements (Nodes, Patch Panels and cables). Maintaining laptop backup. Troubleshooting OS problems and solving applications issues. Strong computer hardware knowledge. Report problems feedback and make documentation. Maintain hardware and software. Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential Provide support to staff on all company supported applications Troubleshoot problems and determine source Configuration and administration of network components according to corporate strategies. Strong technical knowledge in IP, WAN, LAN, VPN connectivity
Qualifications Experience not less than 2 years. Good knowledge of CCNA & MCSA. Good knowledge in exchange, backup ways, Problem Solving - Multi-tasking.
