Description * Assist service providers who have specific inquiries regarding their claims.
* Provide the callers with any information needed regarding their payments/checks status.
* Deal with providers face to face and help in resolving any customer complaints.
* Update and respond to the CRM.
* Support and Follow up with the Finance department.
* Assist the finance team in other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications * Bachelor Degree of any discipline. * Excellent communication skills. * Hard-worker, Team-player in addition to the ability to handle stress. * Customer Service experience is a big plus.
