Description -Ensure the compliance to the labor law and the company policies and procedures.

 -Manage and Follow up works requested from and relevant to Governmental bodies and other institutions, such as but not limited to:

 1- Carry out the process of issuing the operating licenses of new stores & the annual renewal of existing ones with relative governmental bodies (districts authority, citys institutions and civil defense, etc�).
 2- Assist in the follow up all the companys lawsuits with our External Lawyer Consultants (labor and non labor cases with Abdel Hamid Belal and DLA Piper law firms respectively).
 3- Handle the problems with the Consumer Protection Organization to report them to manager to assist in finalizing complaints of clients with the least possible losses (lawsuits against us &/or return of products).
 4- Renew companys documents (CR, Tax cards, Import & export certificates, etc. �), besides annual preparation of Exports development Funds file.
 5- Handle the issuance of "Sales & discounts� permits with Ministry of Industry & Ministry of Integration and social equity.
 6- Assist in solving occasional problems that frequently arise.
 7- Assist in Handling Office works when required.
 8- Perform any other job as requested by manager.

Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce/Business Adm./ Law graduate. 3-5 years experience.
