Description
-The Account Manager is the bridge between the client and the agency.
-Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client accounts.
-Work on developing effective working relationships with client contacts, and assist with all the key functions that go into creating the advertising output.
-Getting involved with solving problems, drafting internal and external communications, and documenting progress.
-Handling current accounts.
-Working on keeping a good relation with the clients.
-Supporting with selling more products to the existing clients.
-Supporting to close new deals with the inbound leads we have.
Qualifications -sales background is a must Marketing background is an add on -Good negotiations skills. -Good presentation skills. -Customer oriented. -It is preferable to have an agency experience
