Description - Receive the Customer order and putting them on the system.

 - Face and dealing with problems related and dealing with the planning, production and W. house departments and following up the production.

 - Follow up the product storage stock and communicating with sales team to solve stock problems to keep storage percentage within limits.

 - Follow up with the client after shipping in anticipation for any complaint.

 - Follow up the products shipping to the customer on time and with the full quantity.
 - Receive customers complaints and registering them on system and following them with the respective parties to their end.

 - Put on record the required samples from customers or sales man to the samples department and following until delivered to the customer.

 - Follow Up about customers Otif report on daily basis and analyzing the problems causing the delivery delay to customers.
 - Follow with sales personnel to avoid mistakes.
 - Follow the MasterCard orders until theyre registered on system

 - Follow the order in different departments (design- samples - clich�s - forms) to ensure the approval of the delivery date.
