Description 1. Monthly physical invoices preparation (DB - O&M) 2. Monthly customer invoice application system (CIA) uploads (DB - O&M) 3. Invoices follow up (DB - O&M) 4. Follow up collections with the client (DB - O&M) 5. Communications follow up (finance related) (DB - O&M)) 6. Customs refund follow up (DB) - efficient follow up all customs refund with the client. 7. Po s status follow up (DB) - maintain a proper report for all po s versus invoices, showing status of each po, pending, complete, in progress. 8. Fae (DB - O&M) - monthly preparation of revenues accruals. 9. Cap (DB - O&M) - monthly preparation of expenses accruals. 10. Monthly actuals extracts (DB - O&M) 11. Follow up shipments customs with the clearance company (DB) - effective follow up with the clearance company, to ensure all required documents are available. 12. Assets physical count (DB) - follow up the finance procedures for the assets physical count. 13. Assets maintenance (additions, write-offs, transfers,) (DB) 14. Maintain proper internal controls (DB) - ensure all companys internal controls are understood and followed. 15. Social security follow up (DB)
