Description Job Purpose
 Provide financial, clerical and administrative support to the finance team in order to ensure all financial processes are performed on time and in accurate manner.
 Core Responsibilities
 Invoice Management
 - Check and scan invoices in order to ensure they contain correct information and are properly registered in the accounting system.
 - Manage manual cheques trackers and allocate the payment to relevant accounts
 - Manage customer payments trackers and allocate the payment invoices
 Financial Documentation
 - Prepare, check and file all the required documentation, as assigned by the finance team
 - Prepare documentation for banks
 - Prepare reports as requested by the finance team
 Bookkeeping
 - Prepare and send journal entries to GBS team for posting
 - Manage other tracker sheets
 Administrative Support
 - Provide ad hoc administrative support to the finance team

Qualifications Academic Background - Bachelors in Accounting Professional experience - 0-2 years of experience in a finance administration role Technical Skills - Fluent English - Advanced MS Excel skills; MS Word knowledgeable

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
