"Lokma Group" is Urgently Need “Personnel Specialist”
• Job Description:
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Prepare social insurance records and maintain employee’s files and ensure fully meeting the requirements.
- Participate in all HR functions and activities such as: training, performance management, Payroll, policies and procedures to increase the employee satisfaction.
- Develop HR monthly reports.
- Responsible for Social Insurance forms 1, 2 & 6.
- Processing employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other activities using the appropriate forms.
• Job Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor Degree.
- Experience: 1+ years in the similar job title.
- Very Good Computer Skills (Word - Excel)
- Males only.
