Description - Handles a range of routine and non-routine customer calls related to service
 - Handles a variety of international customers complaints and/or exceptions including responding to irate customers who have experienced serviced failures/problems, and resolves where possible, making the decision to refer where appropriate.
 - Supports the Sales department and gives accurate answers to sales staff inquiries, notifies the sales with customers activities in case of major problem.

Qualifications University Degree. Excellent Command of Ms office applications, esp. Excel. At least One year experience in Customer service.
