 - Reporting customers need, terminations and satisfaction.
 - Internal auditing for the communications between our employees and our customers 
 - Monitoring communications emails. 
 - Building relations with subcontractors and operators via meetings, calls and emails. 
 - Customers follow up regularly via meetings, phone calls and messaging.
 - Handling NOORs team inquiries after working hours and in the Weekend
 - Handling NOOR team calls and emails.
 - Customer satisfaction survey analysis 
 - Collecting customers feedback, concerns, etc. and analyse them.
 - Reporting to management the progress of enterprise customers 

Qualifications Excellent English Excellent Customer Handling Skills
