Description Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to make a donation.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree /1 years of customer facing experience is a plus. Excellent English language, both written and spoken is a must. Advanced professional and effective telephone techniques, and customer care skills. Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended. Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills, also multi-take and flexible to change. Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency.
