Raya Contact Center (Gulf), one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a "Human Resources Business Partner Manager".
What will he be doing?
• Drives the delivery of HR best practice solutions for all employees within the site, ensuring consistency and compliance with center of expertise whenever exists.
• Delivers HR services and support in Employees Relations, Engagement, Talent Management, Personnel, Learning and Development.
• Develops and initiates specific HR projects at the site level aimed at increasing people engagement, enhancing culture and working environment and improving business efficiency and effectiveness according to defined gaps.
• Provides HR governance and reporting on strategic direction.
• Provides coaching to the business team at the site regarding the management of others and leadership skills.
