What the recruiter be doing?
• Handling staffing and hiring logistics by supporting in the recruitment, selection and hiring of employees for vacant positions
• Developing sources of qualified applicants through internal and external recruitment tools
• Supporting the recruitment process by screening applicants’ CVs for needed vacancies and scheduling daily interviews with candidates
• Coordinating with department heads to arrange for panel interviews to speed up the selection process (depending on the urgency of filling the vacant position)
• Administering pre-employment tests for potential candidates
• Supporting the hiring process through preparing contracts, approvals to hire, bank account letters, etc.
• Handling employees terminations
