Qualifications The Commercial & Marketing Manager needs to: - Be experienced in Direct Sales - Management positions in Sales / Marketing - Minimum 8/10 years experience - Love working with people - Dynamic / able to move from a region to another - Excellent training and motivating Skills - Able to develop & train Direct Sales Managers
