Description Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including supply, sales and procurement, loan, banking facilities agreements, and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements and assess legal implications that need to be brought to managements attention
 Advise on critical strategic matters, such as the risks and opportunities posed by potential transactions
 Ensure proper corporate governance of the company in the region
 Legal support to project managers on dispute settlement and other legal issues linked to project implementation
 Draft new policies and internal regulations
 Effectively coordinate dispute resolution in the region
 Prepare all types of corporate documents including but not limited to; Invitations to General Assembly meetings, Board of Directors Minutes of Meetings, Articles of Incorporation, etc)
 Assisting international legal teams with due diligence report, any local law aspects in relation to any contemplated business transaction
 Monitor permits/licenses validity and follow up on the renewal process
 Following-up on litigation status and the legal proceedings filed by or against the company and taking appropriate legal procedures to preserve the rights of the company
 Following-up and dealing with outsource legal consults Lead key initiatives to make the Law & Contracts function more efficient and cost effective
 Identify Trademarks that require legal protection and follow up on the registration process

Qualifications Previous Experience 1 ~ 2 Years is a must (Corporate law - Labor Law - Litigations) - Very Good Knowledge in MS. Office. - Very Good Command of English language. - English Section Graduates are preferred.
