Description Training Manager are responsible for supporting and developing both (Blue & White Collars) team members performance. This representative will devise and maintain organizational training strategies, An effective Training Manager is engaging, charismatic and enthusiastic in their training and communication style and can effectively enhance employees skills, performance, productivity and quality of work Training Manager must develop clear and concise training materials and workshops for (Blue & White Collars) team members while effectively communicating company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has aptitude for business, leadership, human resources, development and education. This representative will continuously be a guide for success for the Patina Restaurant Group team
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 -Develop retention strategies and succession planning for team members of various levels
 -Develop and update training manual and training policy
 -Implement and manage new and existing operational training in designated restaurants
 -Design and prepare materials for new training programs; review, evaluate and modify existing and proposed programs and recommend appropriate changes
 -Teach and uphold company policies, procedures and practices; convey proper leadership skills
 -Continuously collaborate with corporate and operations team members to improve internal and external service and hospitality
 -Conduct "on job training" for both (Blue & White Collars) team members
 -Work in conjunction with Food and Beverage Managers to ensure Leadership classes are taken in a timely manner
 -Provide input for identifying and defining present and future-training needs by assisting with needs analysis
 -Assist with designing and administering training and development surveys to determine the effectiveness of the F&B training programs
 -Keep abreast of new techniques and developments in training by maintaining contact with others in the training field

Qualifications - Bachelors degree or higher in Hospitality, Management, Business, or other applicable specialization preferred. - Strong experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with MICROS, is preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional social and project management skills. - Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines. Must be able to manage multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously. - Must be able to travel and work out of town regularly for given periods of time; availability and flexibility of schedule required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. 2. Must be able to walk for long periods of time, variable. 3. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, approximately 8 hours. 4. Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
