► Requirements:
• Male
• Bachelor Degree Of Law ( Preferred to be French section )
• 3 – 7 Years of experience in drafting contracts
• French Level : Very Good
• English level: Very Good
• Computer skills must be very good with ( Word )
► Responsibilities:
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
• Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
