Receptionist at Easy Care - Alexandria



Easy Care is hiring the following position:
- Receptionist:-

About the Job:
    -Answer and direct telephone calls as well as take messages.
    -Meet, greet & direct visitors.
    -Make local and foreign courier arrangements.
    -Monitor the stock of samples and organize its ordering and issuance as -per company policies and guidelines.
    -Send attendance reports to the Comp. & Ben. Section Head.
    -File and archive company records.
    -Assist other departments with assigned tasks including photocopying, -printing, scanning, scheduling, creating reports, writing summaries, -drafting presentations and delivering translation services.
    -Execute all assigned tasks from Business Development manager and -participate in covering company events as required.

Job Requirements:
- Females 
    - BA in any related discipline
    - Proficiency in Arabic & English
    - MS Office Skills
    - Communication & Team Work Skills
    - Willingness to help
    - Alexandria resident
