For a multinational company in Alexandria “Admin Supervisor” is urgently needed. Job Description: • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction • Supervise the transportation contractor or company cars to ensure daily attending of employees & for emergency cases. • Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, and archiving, cleaning, catering and waste disposal. • Continually monitor the facility by checking all doors to ensure security, observing equipment for defects, observing participants in case of equipment misuse, inappropriate conduct, or regulation violations. • General administration of equipment procurement, office facilities and installation activities Requirement: • 5+ years of experience in the same field. • A very good English command. kindly send your CV before 23rd of August to: gkholosy@targetdhr.com
