Description - Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that supports business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full scale project plans and associated communication documentations
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommended subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Identify and manage project dependencies in critical paths
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
- Coach, monitor, motivate and supervise projects team members
- Maintain excellent relationship with contractors and maintain strong follow up to ensure meeting delivery target dates.
- Develop best practices and tools for project executions and management
- Effectively applies companys methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
