Description - Accountable for the effective execution of operational interfaces with banks (executing payments through banks, following up on payments received through bank deposits, utilizing financing facilities, reconciling accounts with banks, etc.)
 - Analyzes current accounts, and makes recommendations to the concerned Management on accounts that should be closed.
 - Accountable for the timely execution of internal and external bank transfers
 - Accountable for the timely opening of L/Cs and issuing of L/Gs, as per the instructions of VP - Treasury & Risk Management.
 - Reviews relations with current partner banks, and identifies new potential banks to approach. - Manages all cash custodians including periodic reconciliations of petty cash funds.
 - Provides effective support to senior finance management in negotiating financing facilities with banks
 - Accountable for the timely checking of monthly payroll journal for employees communicated by the Personnel Department, and for the subsequent timely execution of payroll payments.
 - Prepares the Sales Benefits Journal, and authorizes benefits payment transfers to concerned employees.
 - Coordinates with the Accounts Payable Department and Accounts Receivable Department for effective cash flow management


Qualifications - Previous experience in working with financial automation systems and ERPs. - Results Driven. - Technical Capacity. - Excellent command of English Language. - Excellent command of using MS Office Applications. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Excellent time management skills. - Excellent negotiation skills.
