Description - Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Make travel arrangements for CEO.
- Organizing company events or conferences.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Managing and monitoring the work of the administrative staff of the Admin. Building.
- Attending meetings with senior management.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- Answer CEO phone calls enquire and requested and handling them when appropriate.
- Notify the CEO with all important and urgent emails that require his decision
- Responsible for schedule CEO meetings
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for employees, or supervisors.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
Qualifications - Education: high relevant degree - Experience: Min. 5 years in the same position - Specific Knowledge / Skills: Fully aware with the duties of the position, Fluent English, Excellent using Microsoft Office (word & Excel), ability to work under pressure, High presentation and Problem Solving Skills, well organized
