HR Business Partner
Location : Giza - Warraq
Main Responsibilities and Duties:-
• Working across all aspect of HR functions, also responsible for the implementation and
success of all HR policies and initiatives in B.TECH Tanash (the main Warehouse, DC & Fleet maintenance).
• Acting as a middle man between Tanash warehouse staff/management and B.TECH HR Sector for all the HR operational services (salaries, pays lips, medical insurance, social insurance, HR Letters etc..)
• Provide daily HR guidance and consultancy with line management and staff.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Making an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design,
employee engagement and talent analytics.
• Ensure and provide effective communication channels between B.TECH head office and Tanash Warehouse.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, OD, B.TECH Academy, Recruitment, HRIS, and Personnel
teams as needed to provide solutions and services for the employees.
Requirements
• bachelor degree
• +3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• HR certificate is a Plus
