Knowledge Skills, Experience and work conditions:
• Bachelor Degree from a credited university
• A Fluent command of spoken& Written English is a must.
• Experience on customer care & operation field with similar corporate players in the same line of business with specific experience in delivery.
• Average selling skills in deliveries preferably in delivery Distribution.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Active Listening
• Management and coaching of Personnel Resources
• Making Decisions and Solving Problems
• Team player takes initiative, accepts accountability and has a sense of urgency.
• Negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Males & Females can apply.
• Maximum age is 30 years old
• Working hours: 9 hours per day including 1 hour break- variable shifts
• Days off: one day per week.
• Location: Cornish Al Maadi
