Description - Assist in developing the required work quality/standards, by improving the staff awareness, create successful backup program, and ensure problem solving.
- To proactively check and review all requisitions from internal users and clients are processed within TAT.
- Act as an escalation point and ensure resolution of Logical Security clients issues by identifying and reporting incidents in accordance with NI standards, and developing unique approaches for challenging situations that address a customized client need.
- Work closely with the information security team, ensuring that the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are produced and received by the concerned team for the appropriate required action.
- Build relationships and interact with the applications owners to review and assess the handed over application(s), and ensure that all NI SEC parameters are adhered to.
- To track and ensure that HR notification emails for staff separations have been processed and responded to as per the requirement.
- Monitoring the on-going effectiveness of key controls and data privacy while conducting the internal/external access requests to gain assurance that they are operating in line with fraud/ operational risk appetite and any audit requirement.
-Deliver all the required support /task assigned on ADHOC requirement from the management. Provide the reporting that is required and case closure within the agreed time .
Qualifications - Minimum 10 years experience in User Access Management in Banking / Finance / Payment Processing Domains - User administration functions/Access management/Profile provisioning - Knowledge of banking and financial applications/systems - Team Leading & people management skills - Logical and technical skills in access control processes & provisioning - Technical and analytical skills - Experience in Key management - Experience in PIN Security (Visa & MC) - Knowledge in ISO platforms (27001 & 22301) - Knowledge in Information Security and Audit
