Description - Support local management to implement HSE procedures, undertake Safety Observation Tours and audit existing procedures.
-Identify gaps and define corrective actions for existing procedures and report OHS metrics/audit findings.
-Review and approve Method Statements and Risk Assessments and ensure compliance with site specific HSE plan.
-Prepare and implement HSE awareness program and HSE induction training program.
-Maintain appropriate records and documentation of the project and submit monthly and quarterly HSE reports to appropriate personnel as per the ABB guidelines.
-Co-ordinate activities with the construction staff ensuring that HSE requirements are implemented.
-Ensure that Accidents/Incidents are recorded, investigated and analyzed.
Qualifications -At least 3-5 years experience -Proficient in Arabic and English -Proficient in MS Office -Bachelor Degree -Analytical Skills -Ability to make quick and right decisions
