L’Azurde for Jewelry, located at El obour city- industrial zone; is seeking to hire the below mentioned position;
Compensation & Benefits Specialist:
Job Description:
• Design and develop all company’s policies & procedures (Leave Policy, Attendance policy, Compensation policy, reimbursement process, Induction and exit process, Recognition policy…….)
• Design the company’s Salary structure and salary in comparison with the market
• Writing and revising job descriptions
Qualifications:
- HR Diploma or certificate is a must
- Experience not less than 3 years
- Manufacturing back ground is a must.
- Fluency in English is a must
