Description Once and for all clarification of the legal tenure of land and properties as well as consensus on the way forward, leveraging the findings of the local legal services.
Preparation of the Strategic Compound Development Plan
Development of the Annual plan on the basis of compound development priorities.
Development of compound management standards
Constant analysis of the investment components of the compounds Development Plan to ensure that the residential compounds are self-sustaining and risks minimized.
Ensure effective compound management system and criteria established and enforced with the aim of strengthening internal controls, efficiency, and transparency.
Strategic oversight of planning, budgeting, monitoring of the compound management.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Ex- police or Military is a MUST. Excellent communication skills. Excellent Leadership Skills. Excellent in English.
