Description Perform general secretarial duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filling, writing letters, writing Memos and searching.
 Handle correspondences, reports, and material of publications and presentations.
 Screen and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences.
 Greet visitors and answer telephones, take messages and reply to questions in appropriate manner.
 Organize office workplace .
 Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
 Schedule meetings and distribute minutes of meeting .
 Set up travel arrangements such as ( travel agent for ticket , hotels reservation, transportation)
 Organize company events and outside meetings .
 Responsible for receiving maintenance requests from company departments and work to meet their requests .
 Schedule social and business events calendar related to the company employees .
 Collect and analyze media coverage.
 Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications University graduate, major business administration is preferred. Excellent command of English and Arabic Language. Excellent computer skills . Ability to determine work priorities. High speed writing .
