Job Vacancy : IT Manager with the below requirements :
- Managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012.
- Follow-up the daily IT department operation with the IT Team.
- Managing and support POS system at showrooms and keep the system up and linked with back office system.
- Send promotions and new Data to POS System.
- Managing IT Services vendors & suppliers.
- Prepare all IT requirements to open the new showrooms.
- End user full support and technical consultancy services.
- Install and managing Antivirus client and admin kit server for Kaspersky antivirus.
- Monitoring internet traffic, and create internet access policy and groups on the firewall (Sophos).
- Monitoring the VPN connection between the showrooms and the Head Office and keep it up.
- Monitoring the internet lines with ISP at showrooms and keep them up and running.
- Managing and support the CCTV systems ( HikVision, KGuard, IRAS, Honeywell) at showrooms.
- Daily monitoring for servers, and keep them running and up to date.
- Managing Mail Server (Exchange 2010), and defined the outlook profile for the end user.
- Managing and support SQL database servers.
- Have good knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX2009, AX2012 and Navision 2009
