Description Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. The ability to build lists of leads by researching target accounts or utilizing solutions that provide contact data. Follow-up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. - Finding new clients and building a strong referral pipeline and powerful relationships with them. Understand and leverage the clients personal style. - Visiting sites to collecting information about available properties and arranging for photographs to be taken. Marketing and promoting properties for sale or rent. Visiting and talking to the sellers about their property and its special features;ensure properties meet technical and legal requirements. - Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers; advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy; making sure that the pricing and other details are agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller. Draw-up real estate contracts. - Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market. - Act as a property manager and resolve any issues that arise with properties. - Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds. - Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources. Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and/or residential properties to clients and explain their features. Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

Qualifications Bachelors Degree from an accredited university. Excellent client service skills.
