Description Planning:
 - develop the business plan and ensure annual growth and expansion
 - Participate in the development of the CDC strategic plan and annual business plan
 Programs Implementation:
 - Responsible for the effective implementation of the annual business plan for the assigned programs
 - Responsible for handling and documenting all inquiries and ensuring they are turned into new business opportunities
 - Responsible for providing excellent service to clients to ensure satisfaction
 - Responsible for identifying new instructors for the programs at hand
 - Conduct research and stay current on industry trends, competition and new products
 - File daily receipts and prepare accurate and thorough monthly sales reports
 - Regularly visiting classes to ensure customer satisfaction
 - Input participants data & payment to the training system
 Programs Marketing:
 - Develop marketing material for the assigned programs
 - Plan and execute marketing campaigns for programs at hand to increase sales
 - Develop marketing plans and managing their implementation and assessing their effectiveness
 - Present and promote CDC services to prospective clients
 - Timely response to all inquiries (phone, email, website, social media etc.)
 Programs Sales:
 - Responsible for developing new client (corporate accounts) and maintaining existing ones
 - Responsible for conducting presentations in business development meetings and events
 - Assist in the departments cross-selling in order to achieve revenue and business goals
 - Handle the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal to achieve the business plan and ensure profitability of programs
 - Conduct sales calls & visits to secure corporate deals corporate deals
 Reports:
 - Produce weekly, monthly, and annually

Qualifications - Bachelors Degree - Excellent Communication skills (oral & written English) - 1-3 Years of Experience - Work under pressure - Previous experience in Sales & Customer Relations is preferable
