Description - Liaise with dept. focal points to draft, compile and edit different communication material including; newsletters, press releases, email blasts, social media posts, and other material.
- Assist the Head of Digital Communications in researching topics of interest to AmCham members to initiate online engagement campaigns.
- Assist the Head of Digital Communications in monitoring overall social media activity and provide regular reporting.
- Coordinate the activities of the MENA Council Regional Secretariat-maintain regular dialogue with all AmChams, initiate ideas for joint programs.
- Manage AmCham MENA Council website updates, including news from different AmChams, Calendar of events, shared benefits, etc.
- Research and compile the MENA Councils quarterly newsletter.
- Carry out research on topics of relevance to AmCham Egypt as needed.
- Other duties as specified by the Director of Operations and Communication and the Head of Digital Communications.
Qualifications - A background in Journalism combined with Economics - 1-2 Years of experience as a copy-writer - Excellent writing skills is a must - Good Social Media Skills - Dedication, flexibility and awareness of the organizations long-term vision. - Proactive approach to all aspects of work. - Fluency in English is a must
