Description - Manages the publications distribution process and ensures products are delivered to their proper locations in accordance with organizational deadlines.
 - Supervises circulation and ensures quarterly-subscription results meet organizational goals.
 - Manage subscriber and recipient information using two separate databases and coordinating the information between the two.
 - Process subscription made via AmCham Website, Email, Directly (at events or committees) or Magazine Social Media websites.
 - Answer and field phone calls regarding subscription inquiries.
 - Develops and implements circulation strategy; evaluates performance and generates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports analyzing results.
 - Maintaining a data base of existing potential advertisers.
 - Representing Business Monthly Magazine at events.
 - Coordinating with the finance team to issue departmental invoices, and with collection to follow up on account payments.
 - Manages circulation budget.

Qualifications - Bachelors Degree - Excellent Communication skills (oral & written English) - 1-3 Years of Experience in Administrative work - Punctual, accurate & organized.
