Job Description

• Execute the company’s approved financial and accounting procedures accurately, ensuring proper workflow of financial documents.
• Prepare entries for assets, liabilities, and capital accounts by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintain accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
• Safeguard financial data through regular database backups.
• Analyze and report on the company’s financial position, including income statement variances, and communicate financial results to management.
• Prepare and analyze budgets to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure adherence to federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems.
• Provide management with advice on resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions for budget forecasts.
• Maintain and review government-related financial records.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting Department) from a public university, with a minimum grade of Good.
• Maximum age: 27 years old.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
