Description 1. Personnel & Pay roll :
o Complete all employee files & documents soft & hard copy.
o Regularly update documentation.
o Collect and Process date for payroll addition/deductions.
2. Recruitment:
o Place ads for open vacancies
o Receive and screen CV, contact dept. manager for further process.
o Assists in, scheduling interview, attending interviews if requested�etc.
3. Reporting:
o Process daily & monthly reports.
o Collect data & Process for any requested report
4. Assist & Support of :
o Training , both internal & external
o Performance appraisal
o Employees activity , inquiries, problems
Qualifications 1. BSc. Of relevant. 2. 3-5 years of experience 3. Good office application user, ERP knowledge is an advantage. 4. Very good English written & conversation. 5. Good presentation & communication skills. 6. HR Certificate / Diploma is an advantage.
