Accountant For Ingram Micro Company

Ingram Micro Company is hiring GL Accountant (French Is Must) • Review GL and ensure the balances are explainable and prepare Rec as part of activities after month end • Clearing accounts should be current • There should be no GL/Sub ledger difference for AP, Inventory and AR. • Reconciliation of Cash balances • Sending open contracts to global treasury and to ensure that these contracts are revalued for month end rates – entries need to be passed in GL • Ensure marketing accounting is completed monthly and reflected in the books as part of monthly close. • Rebate Accrual • GP monitoring and sharing the report weekly basis to regular recipients • Inventory Reconciliation • Preparing the monthly pack monthly • Work with the tax agent to ensure tax returns are filed monthly • Reconciliation between tax return and GL • Ensuring GL tax balances are all explainable • WHT tax certificates submission to Vendors • Working with Company Auditors Grant Thornton and getting it completed on a timely basis Job Qualifications And Educational Requirement : • 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in IT field • Experience in ERP and GL is a plus • Fluent spoken and written English and Excellent Spoken and written French Mohamed.Hamed@ingrammicro.com
