EXPORT Coordinator For Group Atlantic

Group Atlantic is currently seeking to hire " EXPORT Coordinator" Key Responsibilities: - Handling export orders shipping process from A to Z - Arrange loading plan and schedule with warehouse and local transport agent - Receive and create orders on company system. - Arrange weekly conversation with customer for orders follow up. - Keep Record for all shipment done with all details. - Keep record of actual shipping and actual transportation cost and details. - Arrange Air & courier shipment with the best T.T & Cost. - Communicate with the different department to insure order readiness on the target time. - Review and analyses forwarder performance & KPI. - Following all open orders related to specific customers. Requirements: - 5-7 Years of Experience in same field - Very Good Command of English Written & Spoken - Good Negotiator & Communicator - Proven ability to handle heavy workload and multi-tasking. - Well organized and presentable. - Dynamic and active personality.
