LAMAR is hiring a Talent Acquisition Section Head.
- Job Responsibilities:
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Lead online and offline Employer Branding activities.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Lead all sourcing strategies.
• Lead the execution of the annual Manpower.
• Oversee all the recruiting and hiring process.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
• Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters.
• Develop a network of potential future hires.
- Job Requirements:
•Education: B.Sc. degree.
•Experience: Min. of 5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG Company.
•Languages: Excellent command of English.
- Job Location: HQ- Dokki.
