Description Provide Export sales departments with agreed freight rates and its updates for our Export destination on monthly basis.
Following up and supervising (loading/ Shipping / documents process) for all Export orders according monthly delivery plan.
Follow up daily Operation in Export logistic.
Arrange to effect shipments for all ready export orders within timeframe
Handing and following up Issuing logistic documents (BL, CO) according to documentation instruction within agreed timeframe.
Following up shipping operation costs to be matched with logistic budgets.
Sending Shipment updated status for shipped orders to export sales.
Following Up the Export logistics team work (Loading coordinator, Custom clearance delegates , documents delegates).
Settling financial transaction with services providers related to shipping or loading process (freight invoices, truck invoices, and ports receipts).
Issuing reports (Monthly- quarter - Annually) reflecting Export logistics operation (analyzing , costs)
Qualifications Excellent Communication skills. Problem analysis and problem-solving. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skill Conceptual Thinking. Self Directed / Self Motivated. Hard Worker/ work under stress. Team work. Well known of national and international import/export regulation .
