Description - Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
 - Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
 -Review monthly leave balances (annual, sick,�) on HR system and coordinate with branches to ensure updates are done.
 - Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
 - Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
 - Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time is tracked in the system
 - Creates, maintains and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor law.
 - Ensure archiving of employee documents and filing system are maintained
 - Collecting Employment documents and make sure that employees files are complete and well maintained
 - Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone
 - Handles medical insurance-related issues.
 - Organize the process of termination& resignations

Qualifications - 5 Years of Experience - Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law - Can deal with all governmental offices (Social Insurance and Labor)
Gender Male
Experience 4 - 5 Years.
