Senior Lawyer For Egyptian Drilling Company

Senior Lawyer is needed! Job duties: • Following up on legal cases. •Provide legal advice and solutions on all aspects of Company's business operations and interests. • Consult and manage all corporate legal processes. • Study, anticipate and protect the corporate against legal risks. • Following up on all cases filed from or against the company the job may also require attending court hearings. • Drafting and reviewing all types of agreements and legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights. • Handle legal issues related to litigation, investigation and labor law. • Makes legal research to ensure that business of the Corporate is in compliance with the current rules and regulations. • Provide legal advice to case investigation teams on a day to day basis. • Represent EDC Legal to outside customers, in particular the government and industry associations. Job Requirements: •B.Sc. of Law •5-7 Years of Experience •Extensive experience in Labor Law and Legal Cases •Knowledgeable about local laws and local interpretations, developments and trends in Egypt. •High level of initiatives, problem solving and decision making.
