Service Director For Youssef Allam

Youssef Allam is seeking to hire "Service Director" with the following requirements: -Managing service team -Managing internal and external service providers - Assigning tasks to technicians throughout each work day - Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices including product details - Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships -Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff -Monitor his team performance via KPI's -Meet Service department financial target -Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering -From 10 to 15 years experience in digital printing -Solid understanding of technical aspects of digital printing -Solid understanding of software & networking aspects of digital printing If interested send your CV with job title to : samia.hegazi@yallam.com
