Agility Egypt for Shipping and Freight Forwarding is hiring now : - Job Title: Accountant. - Position: Finance Department. - Location: Cairo - Heliopolis. - Reports to: AR Assistant Manager. - Working hours: 9 AM : 5 PM. - Friday and Saturday off. - Responsibility: • Follow up on credit and cash customers’ outstanding invoices. • Establish a good relationship with the customers and handle their disputed invoices and co-ordinate with internal relevant parties to reply to any clarifications might be received from the customers. • Calling the customers with overdue balances to assure the timely settlement • Ensure the collections documents to be filed in accordance with established procedures. • Handling checks issuance related to operational needs. • Back up cash safe custodian on leaves and out of office days. • No audit or management letter points in own area of responsibility • Ensure compliance with all local and global Finance SOPs. • Pro-actively making suggestions for improvements in procedures/savings. - kindly send you updated resume to olali@agility.com Mention Accountant in subject line otherwise CV will be neglected.
