Fleet Administrator For Emaar Misr


Emaar Misr is hiring for a " Fleet Administrator" - Main Responsibilities:- 1- License all co. car, by dealing with the traffic office. 2- Follow up the fleet insurance with the insurance section. 3- Prepare and settle the Licenses Petty Cash. 4- Finalize the insurance letters from the social insurance office. 5- Prepare All admin related PRs ( Fleet, Courier). 6- Prepare all the required monthly reports. 7- Prepare the daily working schedule for the drivers according to the daily operation. 8-Prepare and settle the maintenance and fuel invoices for the Co. fleet. -Job Requirements:- 1- Real Estate Background. 2- Preferable corporate Services. 3- Administration Background. 4- Years of Experience from 2 to 4 years.
