Emaar Misr is hiring for the position of "Real Time Management Senior Executive" Job Description:- 1) Control the productivity and efficiency measures of the call centre. 2) Provide productivity reports, manage Real Time status on floor. 3) Report any abnormal situation that might impact productivity. 4) Forecasting volume of calls and generating performance reports. 5) Scheduling working hours and managing Q service level. Job Requirements:- - Minimum 2 years experience in forecasting, staffing, scheduling and reporting. - High level of analytical thinking skills. - High level of communication and team work capabilities. - Excellent level of using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
